A real estate appraisal is not like a manufactured product where you receive the same item no matter where you purchase it. Each appraisal can be quite different with some having little detail and little consideration given to the differences between comparable properties other than the size and age of the properties.
Our appraisals stand apart for others in their attention to detail and our ability to research the specifics of the comparable properties when developing a value opinion.
